Almond & Chocolate Granola

I am a messy baker.  I mean it.  If I have been in the kitchen baking something, the sink will be full of dishes, there will be flour on the counter, and my use to be clean black leggings will be covered in milk spills and melted chocolate.

Because of my "style" of baking, I try to make recipes that only require a bowl and a baking pan, or make a recipe without using a hard to wash KitchenAid mixer.  This sweet breakfast recipe is one of those.

This granola is plain simple.  All you need is a fork, a medium bowl, and a baking sheet.  The good thing for me is that it takes literally 2 minutes to wash.  Oh, and it is also super delicious.

My almond chocolate granola had crunchy toasted oats, nutty almonds, and a sweet and smooth chocolate drizzle.
